The way i see it…
Photography and videography taught me to slow down and really observe. Every frame is my way of communicating and capturing what moves me and sharing how I experience the world.

Bangkok 2022. Chatuchak market captured on my film camera during my first trip overseas after the lockdown, the vibrant market place alive with food, colour and culture felt freeing

Lake Como 2023. This image oddly reminds me of home despite being far away. The town was small, and people knew each other. A local we met recommended a nearbly Neapolitian restaurant run by her neighbour. The warmth of the locals made the place surprisingly homey, this moment reminded me how human connection goes beyond borders and how memories can begin with simple interactions

Bangkok 2022. Captured on my film camera outside a quiet Thai restaurant where a Singaporean chef overheard our accent and struck up a conversation with us. He was surprised to meet fellow Singaporeans there, as the spot was mostly filled with locals. He turned out to be a chef at Burnt Ends and invited us to visit the restaurant, which we later did.
Milan 2023. I found the architecture beautiful, buildings this like are rarely found back home. It's always surreal how centuries-old cathedrals exist right in the middle of busy european cities.

Fishtank at Ahma's. This fishtank has always been a constant in my grandmother's home, its quiet and familiar presence always brings me a sense of nostalgia
Austria 2023. Taken in a small Austrian town during the winter, this photo captures a moment that left me speechless. The scenery was quiet, calm and stunning.

Bangkok 2023. This secondhand bookstore at Chatuchak market captured on my film camera. I've always enjoyed reading and this made me think about how one book can pass through different hands and carry a new meaning each time.

Chiang Mai 2023. This was captured in Wat Rong Suea Tan, Blue Temple. I remember feeling hot, hungry and honestly a little irritated. I'm not religious, and i don't practice Buddhism , but when i looked up and saw this celling i felt a strange calm, despite everything. The art, pattern and stillness made me pause.

17th birthday 2025. I had spent weeks of obsessing over my 17th, it would be the final time two of my closest friends would be in Singapore before leaving for private school in the UK. seeing the balloons arrive made everything feel finally complete

Venice 2023. This photo was captured on a boat ride through Venice's canals. It felt surreal, like stepping into a movie, because I had only experienced Venice through screens. The gondolier was singing an Italian song while rowing, which added to the bizarre atmosphere; he was also pointing at different buildings and told us about their history. This was one of those moments that didn't feel genuine until I was completely immersed in it.

Chiang Mai 2023. This was the first time I've ever stack rocks, I came across these carefully stacked rocks in a quiet part of a museum area. I really wanted to create a stone stack of my own, but my mum was rushing me because we were leaving soon. Despite everything I managed to set aside some time for this brief period of peace.

Drive to Gastrobeats 2025. I took the photo while heading to Gastrobeats, the clouds looked too pretty not to capture.

Favourite Digital Camera. This was the first photo taken on my favourite digital camera, Sony DSC-F77A. Something about the the stillness, colours and place reminded me of the movie Fallen Angels (1995). Personally this photo feels cinematic
