These are the achievements that have shaped me. The moments I’m proud of & lessons I’ve carried.

HIGHLIGHTS.

  • Candidacy for Sports Leader House Captain

I ran for the position of Sports Leader House Captain, I had to step out of my comfort zone to speak in front of my peers and campaign for their votes. Although I didn’t win, the experience was incredibly meaningful. It pushed me to communicate more confidently, present my ideas clearly, and connect with people from different backgrounds. I learned how to carry myself with resilience and optimism, even in the face of disappointment. The skills I had learnt continued to shape the way I express myself and take initiative until today.

    Entrepreneurship Program

Took part in this entrepreneurship programme (started by Halogen x The Salvation Army) during the June school holidays, where I independently developed and pitched a product idea. My solo project earned 2nd place. The product was an eco-friendly, talc-free powdered spray designed to absorb moisture on the skin, ideal for Singapore’s hot and humid weather.
Through this experience, I learned how to effectively communicate ideas, understand target audiences, and pitch with clarity and confidence.

  • Presentation on Gender Equality and Government.

Delivered a speech addressing the importance of gender equality and its role in good governance. I explored how inclusive leadership leads to stronger, fairer societies, and highlighted the need for equal representation and opportunities in decision-making spaces. I also discussed how media subtly shapes gender stereotypes, influencing public perception and reinforcing societal biases

Miss Chin’s Testimonial

“Dazzire may not have started her artistic journey with a deep-rooted passion for the subject, but what stood out from the beginning was her ability to use art as a form of communication. For Dazzire, art has always been a quiet yet powerful way to express what words couldn’t capture. Over time, I’ve seen her develop a personal and thoughtful approach to her work, one that reflects her emotions, thoughts, and reflections on the world around her.

While she didn’t begin with a strong passion for traditional art, she used creative mediums to process and communicate her thoughts and emotions. Whether through visuals, writing, or design, her work reflects a desire to connect and be understood.

What makes Dazzire stand out is her self-awareness and the honesty in her storytelling. She’s thoughtful, observant, and intentional with her messages, qualities essential in the world of Mass Communications. I believe her ability to channel emotion into expression, even when words fall short, is a strength that will serve her well in this field.”
